How It Works

RHQ Small Group Coaching involves a collection of 4 SME owners, meeting weekly, facilitated by the experienced business advisor John Luxton. The process creates a collaborative environment where participants share experiences, challenges, and strategies.

John will advise and engage directly with each participant to help them navigate the challenges that SME owners face as they navigate their business.

  • No participant is obliged to reveal their company name or industry, although the more information shared, the more valuable the outcome. As far as possible, group members will be drawn from geographically different areas to minimise commercial sensitivity, but groups are welcome to form within a business community if they wish.

  • Whether you are at an exciting stage of accelerated growth or find yourself in real difficulty, your situation will be dealt with seriously and constructively and with sensitivity.

  • You'll never be left hanging. I will be available pretty much at any time if you have a quick question that needs urgent attention. Just call, email or text.
